help with fatigue on NYGM - nobody recovers
I have an odd problem with NYGM. Nobody is recovering from fatigue when they are in the quarters. Now everyone on the ship has the E next to them! Has anyone seen this before and know how to fix it? Thank you.

im having the same problem, after 1.5 hours game time i have to rotate everyone.
any ideas why this is hapnin? |
Fatigue
I have had the same problem. Even though I rotate the crews and try to keep them fresh, I will sometimes end up with a non functioning boat because all the crew members are exhausted. This is a flaw in the fatigue model; what should happen is efficiency should be reduced a little but everything should function. In an emergency healthy young men (and women) should be able to function at near peak performance for 24 to 36 hours. I know this is correct as I and others on the house staff (I am a medical doctor)have done so many times; I am sure this is also true in the military. They should also be able to recover in 6 to 8 hours and do it again if need be, especially if getting killed is the alternative. The old saying "there are no atheists in the fox holes" may not be correct; however a fox hole has a tendency to sharpen your focus and concentration when someone is shooting at you.

anyone have a fix for this? Everyone has an E and they don't see enemy airplanes or ships until after the bombs are dropped. Nobody is recovering

i have never had that problem. my crew is usually refreshed completely before the on duty crew even has the E beside them

Fatigue
Perhaps it's because I am such a bad captain; I keep geting DC'ed and bombed, and I never sink anything but my own sub.

I also never had this problem with NYGM, everything with crew work like a clock.
