sonar destroyed
 
Prior to playing GW, I was just using mods with SH3 commander & I kept getting a message sonar destoyed, others I heard got engine destroyed, is this a recurring problem on GW too?

I still get this problem in GW but it only occurs when I got the IXD2 and normally occurs when I start up the game and happens on the 1st patrol after that everything is normal.then my subsiquent patrols my sonars fine.

The "Sonar destroyed" message which occurred with SH3Cmdr R2.5 players sailing IXC boats was fixed (perhaps "worked around" is more appropriate) LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG ago. A search of this forum will find it, I'm sure.

Better still, just d/l and install SH3Cmdr R2.6, which incorporates the fix/workaround.

NB any other component destroyed message is unrelated to SH3Cmdr.

Yeah, I used to get that but once I swapped to SHcmdr 2.6 I havn't seen it since... Thanks JScones :yep:
