key configuration question
 

Could anyone please tell me how I can make the following key config changes?

1) change the show interface on/off from numpad del to the mouse wheel button when it's pushed down? (not rolled up or down - that's the binocs)

2) Be able to back out of the periscope view & end up back in the conning tower using right click like other stations? I'd like to be able to back out of the UZO and observation scope as well but the periscope is a big one for me.

At least tell me which file it is then I can fiddle with it :ping: thanks :)
