The file header is broken, but that can be repaired. Please read this post:

Is that command line specific for that archive ?

It works for every RAR archive with that specific error. "Das Boot Theme Musicpack.rar" has the same bug as "Ultimate Gramophone Pack - 150+ tunes and broadcasts.rar", all you need to do is to change the name in the command line.

copy /b r.txt+"Das Boot Theme Musicpack.rar" new.rar

I tried to download a couple of the new files in the general mods section, but all I got was garbage in the browser window. It looked like the .ZIP files were OK but not the .RARs or .7Zips.

I have the same problem. Some RARīs and 7zīs I can download, some I canīt. The solution is to use a download manager like GetRight or Leechget. For Firefox I recommend DownloadThemAll.
