Where are these Milkcows?
 

I am still to yet see a Milkcow. Where/How do you find them?

I am currently in early 41... are they out there yet?

(I'm running the GW 1.1 mod )

Press F1 , click on Resupply info and it will tell you the dates amd locations
You should also see a blue submarine icon in the middle of the Atlantic
You will also see blue ship names in some Spanish ports to - these are the resupply ships

Have a good look around for dolphins when you get close to one :up:

Yup. Look for blue "ports" next to green ports. The blue "ports" are your re-supply ships.

There are re-supply u-boats out there in the ocean, too.

To re-supply from them, dock with them as you would with any regular port.
