Multuplayer Password retrieval?

Won't let me log in, says wrong p/word, but there doesn't appear to be a password retrieval set up in place "ie forgot your password"? Or how can I reset details/ Help appreciated.

If i can remeber right, you have to go to www.ubi.com and login, use your email address or user name and then click on "Forgot password" they will then send you a link to use so you can change your password. Then go back into SH3 and just add new password.
