I want to participate
Posted the exact same poll over at the CADC, but for convenients sake, here is a repost.
This is just a quick anonymous poll to see how many people want to participate in the CADC - DW Tutorial Competition ( See this link : http://www.commanders-academy.com/fo...ead.php?t=7290 ) Given that the original thread has 100+ Views I do hope for some participants. You don't have to but can additionally tell what you have planed. Cheers OS |
Don't know if it can help, but I've found a great tool (imho). It's called Wink, it's a freeware and you can either capture videos or screenshots and export your work in a swf file which can be seen by almost everyone.
More info here : http://www.debugmode.com/wink/ And if you want to see what is does : OHP Tutorial (french in swf format - open with IE or Firefox) (11 Mb file) Kindly, Phullbrick |
They can also use the evaluation version of Camtasia (15 days) I use it to make my TMA tutorial video for the Akula.

Only got my under ice stuff so i dunno if that would be any use to you
|
Well, if you can expand a bit on it, and for example use an under the ice mission for a 688 and an Akula to familiarize people with those two platforms ... sure, why not.
It doesn't have to be perfect, do the best you think you can and send it in ... |
Dont want to sound to drastic but its 90% the same to be honest only diffrence is the caution you use under the ice with towed array.
|
Why a contest? If someone feels the inspiration of putting there techniques on paper and sharing it, then all for it. What's to compete about?

Hey, its not as if the only one tutorial will be put online right OS ? The point is that the winner will receive a printed manual of the game signed by the members who developped DW. |
