What happens to The Avon Lady?

She is gone for eight days now, I hope its only a technical problem for her to visit the forum? :-?

As I recall AL posted a comment she dose voluntary work, I'm sure AL will be back.

I've been P'ming her. She's hosting a family from the northern side of Israel so she's a bit busy right now. But so far she and her family (and her guests) are fine and still in one piece.

Fish 07-26-06 08:17 AM

Ok.

Skybird 07-26-06 08:26 AM

I could have sworn she is digging foxholes for Merkavas right now and is breeding over a map to find the shortest way to the North

Next time you contact her please tell her i'm praying for her safety.

Yahoshua 07-26-06 08:56 AM

You can PM her yourself. She'll get it. And she answers it about every other day.

Skybird 07-26-06 09:01 AM

Sorry, in German "brüten" is one and the same word and could be used for both contexts indicated in this thread. But admitted - having checked it in the dictionary now, I see it is a verbal faultpax worth to be made!

Please Please Please

NO MORE PM'S!

:damn:

I'm fine. Lots of volunteer work plus regular work plus household work.

Not time left for digging foxholes and breeding. :88)

Oh.

I mean brooding. :smug:

All's well by us personally. Not too well in the north, unfortunately. I'm unimpressed by my country's lackadaisical handling of this war.

Thanks for all (well, some :shifty: ) of your best wishes to us.

But breeding is so much more fun.

Good luck to you and your family.

It seems the main purpose is to pulverize hezbollah's support system using artillery and air bombardment mainly. Thats a lot of repetitious work being done by the smaller armed force branches and not very exciting unless you happen to be on the recieving end (no humor intended). Said as more of a question really.

[Edit]
Never mind. I watched the news this evening.

tycho102 07-26-06 01:21 PM

Good luck to you, Avon!
