Excessive CO2

Has anyone gone into the CO2 red zone and had crew problems? I haven't felt like subjecting my crew to high CO2 levels, but was wondering how they'd react ... perhaps piloting the sub erratically, etc.

Supposedly going into the red effects moral and if it goes low enough for a long enough time, supposedly they start dying. I go into the red occasionally and so far been to preoccupied to check moral or efficiency, so cannot say for sure. Once I did get the Oxygen under 10% for a very short period of time...no one croaked and the crew still did there jobs well enough to manuever.

Nothing seems to happends until you hit the max CO2 level for an X number of minutes. At which point you just die.
