and a discussion in multiple threads with various people where it seemed like I was the only one who thought Israel's actions in Lebanon disproportionate, especially at a time when Canada had at least 16,000 citizens trapped there, the US 25,000, Europe somewhere upwards of 40-50,000 and several thousand Australians as well; for which I was accused by someone else of pushing an agenda, of being a heretic, a Michael Moore fan, and a conspiracy nut.
So at the end I said in one of those threads that I was just disgusted by the whole situation in the ME and by those who were cheering the IDF on, even while we were still trying to get our own people out, and that I just wasn't going to follow or participate in those threads anymore.
But evidently someone thinks this an opportunity to get another shot in anyway by starting this thread about me as an invitation for others to join in, under the guise of a "poll". Fine, whatever. |
