Ignore-list
 

What is the ignore-list in your UserCP good for? You can enter names there, but it does not change anything, it seems. i would have thought it filters out all postings by that someone.

It works fine. Enter the name and click "Update ignore list". There is a "Ignore list" thread in the "Comments to SUBSIM Review" forum btw:

I have done so.The guy in question still appears. Medium browser settings.

Have you maybe accidentally added the user to your buddy list instead of the ignore list?

No. His name is the only one on the list.

By the way, the ignore function only filters posts, threads that were started by that member are still visible.

It filters neither threads nor postings for me. It does nothing.

The ignore list feature could be a placebo. Perhaps if you wished the person ignored, then they would appear so to you.
