Any lifeboat mod or Sub flag/pennant mods?
 

I know ppl were talking about these two mod ideas when the game came out a year ago, but having had 9 months away myself from SHIII, I am wondering if anyone ever managed to put these mods together. Of course it may not be possible with the engine as is. Anyone know?

Lifeboats: Sergbuto started creating a mod that replaces flotsam with lifeboats. Problem was they disappeared just as fast as the other wreckage.

Flags: What exactly are you looking for? There are a lot of new redone flags out there, especially with JonZ's new recognition manual, which comes with Grey Wolves and also (I think) with NYGM 2.0.

Yep. Flags and pennants flying from subs returning to port would be awesome. So many photos I have seen suggest how common this was...(?)

Ah, I see; sorry about that. No, that hasn't been modded either, and it's a feature sorely missed from Aces Of The Deep. It should be possible, since the watch crew put away their binoculars, at least when next to the dock. Almost certainly hardcoded, though, or someone would have done it by now.

With American subs in SHIV I'd want an inverted broom before pennants. ;)
