Silent running, or German Cloaking device...
 

Even though I reset the .cfg file for noise level. I still escape relatively easily by using silent running. :yep:

I reset the noise level to 0.40. It makes it all but impossible to escape while not using silent running, but as soon as it is enabled, I escape more than 90% of the time. :nope:

I do not know code, so I cannot tweak the AI sensors file. Is there a way to alter the uber silent running?

Maybe the Damadge model and Destroyers Sensors can be Tweaked so that it is a bit better. :hmm:

It's a tricky one. I had it working down to ~2 knots with silent running, made one change, and now I'm starting over again. I'm trying to get a good response from both the hydrophone and ASDIC. It's tricky and time consuming. We'll keep you posted as we discover more.
