Manning the stations
 

In III you have to have an officer at the station if you like to man it yourself. That's like you would "become" that officer. I'm just wondering, why can't we man these stations without any "assistance" from the crew? Think the situation you are the only officer alive after a battle... In III you can't even steer the boat yourself if there is not officer at controls... It would be nice if they could build this up another way in IV. So you don't need to send a message to COMSUBPAC to tell you just can't handle the boat because you are the only officer on board.
