translation into latin

Any of you guys know where to get an inscription translated accurately from English into Latin?
My latin is terrible and I don't know anybody who knows any anymore... and it's kind of really important that there are no mistakes or errors in grammar for this one.

Hmmm.... if it's vitally important to get it right, and if you're comfortable showing it to somebody, I'd suggest trying to find a Latin teacher or professor; you can get an approximate translation online (just Google for "Latin English translation"), but to get the grammar and nuances right, it'd be better to have a human do it.

It's been 15 years since I hic-haec-hoc'd or else I'd volunteer. I know a couple of high school Latin teachers, though, if you get desperate.

Wow, strangely enough I was looking for exactly the same thing for a T-shirt design I am working on. I was just going to hassle one of my old Classics lecturers at the Uni I work at but if there is an easier way I'm all ears.

It's not that I would have trouble explaining what I want the translation for but I reckon most of those old boys may have trouble understanding the concept of a T-shirt.

Yeah, if you REALLY want an accurate latin translation your best bet is to see a college language professor.

The userhandle i use for instance is latin.

But it has several suffixes, all of which change its meaning.

I vaugly remembe seeing somethi like this:

Duci
Duco
Ducimus

etc, theres alot of conjegations in serveral forms. Look at this site for an idea:

I dare say y our not going to get a 100% accurate translation from an online translator.

good translator that bradclark1
@ Ducimus SNAP! - that was the first site I looked at
Having been here http://humanum.arts.cuhk.edu.hk/Lexis/Latin/ looking for the individual words themselves, as context can alter the meaning, but I wasn't sure of the grammar etc. That one from brad seemed to do the job nicely. I guess all I have to do now is check the result with somebody who actually understands latin propperly :D
