Reprint: Truces and tribute

"Islam does not commend Muslims to allow the Infidels to retain some territory as long as they yield other territory. It does not say that any land once part of Dar al-Islam can ever be relinquished. For that matter, it does not say that there is any part of Dar al-Harb that can remain forever outside Dar al-Islam. The duty of every Muslim is to engage in jihad fi sabeel Allah, Jihad in the way, in the path, of Allah, whether individually or as part of a collective, and whether by active participation or by supporting and protecting those who do actively participate. Treaties can be made with Infidels, but they are not treaties that will last indefinitely. They should last, at most, 10 years, although in some cases they may be "renewed" until such time as the Muslim side is stronger, and the Infidels have become weaker -- weaker because of those very treaties they signed. "Treaties are to be obeyed" -- Pacta sunt servanda -- is a concept in Western jurisprudence. Western leaders need to understand it is not part of Islam. This is not a secret. They can begin with Majid Khadurri's "Law of War and Peace in Islam" and read about the accepted Muslim understanding of treaties made with Infidels. There is no ambiguity about it. None. Treaties are not "peace" treaties but "truce" treaties. That's it. And "war is deception." It is all laid out, by the way, in books and articles by Arab strategists. They don't hide it. They assume, and so far have assumed rightly, that the Israelis and the Western world will simply ignore those books and articles and will ignore what Islamic treaty-making is all about, because it is just too painful to contemplate. But what is too painful to contemplate, because it happens to be true, is exactly what must be contemplated. All Infidels must share that pain, and make policies, accordingly. “War is deception.” What Hamas has been asked to do is merely utter some words that will satisfy, in the most obviously unsatisfactory manner, the minimum demands of those who see nothing wrong with what is nothing more than the payment of Jizyah. American and European Infidels make payments to the local Arabs, who were renamed after 1967 the "Palestinians." But in reality those "Palestinians" are merely the Arab shock troops, plausibly decked out as a "nationalist" movement (nonsense), in the Lesser Jihad against the Infidel state of Israel. Such aid is a classic form of Jizyah in every sense. First, it is a payment from Infidels (Americans, Europeans) to Muslims. It is a payment made for which those Muslim recipients feel not the slightest gratitude, but regard as theirs by right, as owed to them by the Infidels.Indeed, the merest hint that such payments might end sends those Muslim Arabs into a paroxysm of rage, as if such aid was not aid at all, but the tribute that simply must be paid by those Infidels. Finally, the Infidels themselves are afraid to discontinue such payments, and are trying desperately to find every possible way they can not to end them, but to continue them -- including accepting mere words that obviously are not meant, and that, because of the belief-system of Islam, cannot be meant. But Infidel governments cannot tell their long-suffering taxpayers that those who run those governments have undertaken to commit to paying this Jizyah without the permission of the taxpayers who are, unwittingly, now -- and for some time have been -- the real payers of such Jizyah. Many Infidels in the Western world have a better sense of things than their ignorant (because they lead lives of hectic vacancy and have no time to study Islam) and corrupt (because it is officials, and former officials, who are the ones whom the Saudis and other Arabs pay to promote the Arab and Muslim cause in various ways) officials. Those officials are often implicated, in ways they cannot now admit to themselves or to the electorate, in actions that allowed millions of Muslims into the Lands of the Infidels. What's more, they have failed completely to plan and execute, as should have been done starting in 1973, an energy policy designed not to achieve the meaningless (if perhaps psychologically appealing) goal of "independence from Middle Eastern oil" but rather the goal of diminishing the total revenues of Muslim states, so that there is nothing left over for the funding of mosques and madrasas, or for an army of Western hirelings, or for purchases of military equipment and advanced technology -- in short, nothing left to fund those conducting Jihad worldwide in a hundred different local theatres. Our governments are forcing us to pay the Jizyah. In Italy, in France, in England, in Germany, in Spain, in Denmark, in Norway, in Holland, in every country of the E.U., taxpayers are being forced to pay the Jizyah. And they are being forced to do so as well in the United States. If a single Congressman can be made to understand that these payments to the "Palestinians" are a classic Jizyah, and can articulate that and hammer it home, he can stop it, and could be the leader of a new group -- not defined as Democrats, or as Republicans, but as those who see things clearly. And that is what everyone is longing for. |
