Lookouts' efficiency
 

Folks, please remind me - what's the tweak to make the lookouts spot enemy planes in time?

Better still, is there a list of such tweaks online somewhere I can use for reference?

Visual Sensitivity from .01 to .02 or maybe .03 or .04.

You will still likely take damage if caught on the surface by aircraft medium visibility, and still likely be kia'd if caught by aircraft on the surface in poor visibility.
