TDC gauges on periscope

Can anyone point me to the mod which makes this possible? I knew i seen it somewhere but its gone now or im looking in the wong place. Thanks!

Its called the TDC_mod by Sale U-999.
You can even decide which gauges you like to have and which not.

Does anyone know if there is a (more) complete list of mods/addons?

I've checked subsim's download section but frequently forum posts refer to mods I can't find.
