Seawolf surfing problem, I think?

Not sure if it is just me but did anyone else notice that if you are say 500ft and surface to say 100ft that the boat seems to tobble back and forth? Not sure if this really happens to a sub? Cya.

Yep, it happens on all the subs in dw and no, they don't do that in real life.
