Smoking can kill quicker than you think
 

Shocking news story that I read this afternoon. :o

On a side note only yesterday I watched as a woman pulled into the service station to fill her car up. In her mouth at the time was a cigarette that she was puffing away on. She only realised her utter stupidity as she approached a fuel bowser. :nope:

You need three things to start an accidental fire :

1) Oxygen
2) Combustible
3) An idiot.

Don't forget the ignition device...

That would be the idiot.

I dont smoke but it also reduces you appitite, my mother has smoked for donkey years she is now 10 stone because she has cut down, but when she was on 20 or 25 a day she was only around 8 stone.

I stopped smoking cigarettes about two years ago, I feel much better than I use to, I can finally keep up with my kids. ;)

That man was stupid to light up that cigarette, especially if he had a warning about the cream being inflammable. However, if nobody told him about the danger, those people should be punished. The problem is that we cannot ask him anymore… :nope:

No, he's the triggering device. Idiots can't make spark on their own.

Nasty, reading between the lines it sounds like the hospital are covered - 'It is understood that hospital staff followed the correct procedures and the incident was being treated as a tragic accident.'

I gave up in October (after 20 years) and still get the occasional craving, but it's not too bad.
