If updating fails, simply download the exe file from ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/
and run it, install over your old install.

For those people saying that Firefox have minors vulns than IE, think again.

Firefox IS more vulnerable than IE.

The difference is Firefox get fixed much quickier than IE.
