NYGM Map Updates

Just an FYI - I managed to load the IuB 1.03 "Tails" map update with Rubini's GW+NYGM Extended Campaign, and at least for me, it seems to be working fine. Just wanted folks to know that it is feasible, as a short-term fix, at least until the updates come...
