Sunk my first ship using manual observations last nite! :|\


I still let the weapons officer operate the TDC, but I estimated targets range, speed and the AOB and scored a hit on the stern of a Small Merchant crippling her with a heavy list. Chalk one up for U-47!

Congrates, and many there be many more! I will be trying manual targeting in my next campain. I just want to get through to the end of the war for a change.

But knowing my luck I be sunk tomorrow!

Congrats! Manual is much more satisfying than auto.

Hmm, that sounds a little wierd.

Manual is all about twisting the right knobs, paying attention to those cavitations and getting the right speed for your shot and most importantly, minding those escorts because things can get messy...did I mention practice makes perfect?

Why the hell is your Weapons Officer operating the TDC ? Get yer hands dirty me old china and do it yerself...much more satisfying. Also, play at 100% and turn map updates off....go on, i dare yer !!! :rock:

Manual targeting rules!

There is no greater satisfaction than a detonating eel on a crusing destroyer at night, splashing the water and halving the ship at 6000m distance after 20 minutes of data collecting on the target :rock:
