R1.43 help! Crew management?
 

With the "default" R1.43 I'd be most greatful if someone could give me some pointers on manageing crew so they don't get exhausted. Mine seem to get tired fairly quickly and don't recover in the aft or forward quarters, even though I'm useing x512 for transit and trying to keep unecessesary crew in quarters.

Is there a fatigue value I can tinker with somewhere that will enable them to recover if left in quarters?
