Jonz Draggable chronometer - problem - Help!
 

Hi, when starting Silent Hunter I get a few errors "menu item not found" I think this is to do with the "menu_1024_768.ini" file.
I have updated the Dials.cfg & menu_1024_768.ini with the appropriate lines and made sure the line titles are numbered correctly, also placed the Chronometer.tga, Reflex.tga files in their correct places, I have only at this stage installed the Chronometer.
Could you please advise. :cry:

Sounds to me that an Item ID doesn't Match a ParentID either in your menu.ini file or in the Dials.cfg.

Can you post the Dials and menu parts you are trying to mod?

One problem that was encountered when editing files is a space at the end of lines. Check your entries to make sure there are no spaces at the end of any line.

hey I'm not in bed yet :P

I highlighted the bad part in orange.. your sequence is erronous there, probably badly pasted and you did not see the spacer. Put an enter before the [G3F, and continue the sequence without skipping it ( i288].... i289]...forth).

My glasses, I need my glasses! :-?
