Windows XP Run Error with SH II
 

Have not played in a year or so, and recently built a new system.
The application installed with no errors, but when I try to run it, I
get the following error:

I am running XP sp2 with a P4 3GHz CPU and 2 GB of RAM.

Any thoughts?
