Does Grey Wolves have completely new ships in it.
Wots wrong with Seawolves anyway? Isn't it right that they will have 60 brand new ships in it or is that nonsense? |

Here's GreyWolves official feature list. Note that unlike some people, this states very clearly where the content came from :|\ |
Is Seawolves The Official SH3 Expansion Pack?
When I went to U-Boat.Realsimulation.com to download Grey Wolves, I found this poll on the bottom left of the page. Does this refer to Seawolves?
U-Boat.Realsimulation.com Polls Will You Buy The Official SH3 Expansion Pack? Yes No Replies are 80+% yes. Is there an official UbiSoft Expansion Pack in the works for SH3? |
I am putting a flak vest on to say this but the Seawolves Mediterranean is the only "official" expansion package. That is; they are the only ones to have UBIsoft permission to make a payware add on to SH3.
It is interesting that 80% polled would buy an expansion particularly considering the poll is on a site hostile to X-1 to say the least. The new X-1 pack is all new material but hurt feelings here will not accept that. It is possible people that buy that and want advise for modding it might require a more favorable environment than SubSim, unfortunately. Although, I am sure you will get considerable advise on not buying it here. I will say this. It is so different than my “Atlantic” SH3 I have 2 installs on my PC so I can have both. I like my intense North Atlantic heavily modded version for serious historic U-Boat play. But, Seawolves is fast and action packed with many twist not found in my regular version. I simply want both. Wulfmann, you'r fighting for that X-1 like crazy and you claim that it is"the only "official" expansion package". Now i know you'r posting on the UBI Boards except on the German where UBI_Marc posted last September that "Seewölfe - U-Boote auf Jagd" IS NO official Add-On. And that UBI has NOTHING to do with it and that they do not acept ANY more discusion or Addvertising for it.
"Original Board entry "Wir bitten euch die Diskussion rund um das Thema "Seewölfe - U-Boote auf Jagd" hiermit zu beenden. Es handelt sich um KEIN offizielles Add-On von Ubisoft noch haben wir mit dem Inhalt etwas zu tun. Daher akzeptieren wir keine Werbung noch ausgedehnte Diskussionen zu diesem Thema. http://forums-de.ubi.com/groupee/for...3/m/1871024263 Now Wulfmann exept of you'r saiing i didn't see Any official Note from UBI that X-1 IS as you claim the OFFICIAL ADD-ON so where can you show us THE proof of it ??? |
