question about RuB 1.45 harbor traffic
 

I have vanilla SHIII patched 1.4, Hollywoods damage mod, battery fix, NYGM crew management mod and a few sound mods....

All I want from RuB 1.45 is the harbor traffic....is there a way to just install this? I already downloaded RuB 1.45..do not have JSME mod enabler...

Harbor Traffic is its own mod....its not in RUB 1.45....just download Harbor Traffic 1.47 stand alone version it should be on Terrappin's site but, his site is down again...

Most people use the HT 1.47 version for RUB/IUB so you might have trouble finding the stand alone version. But, its out there somewhere...

There is also a HaborTraffic specifically for RUB145.
