Mod for general sub reliability?
 

I am wondering if anyone has a mod for general sub reliability. That is, for example, that a system fails just from normal use of the sub (not due to a "fight at sea").

Like an engine failure, radar system failure, etc.

Of course, it could be repaired in the standard way.
