Best qualifications

1. Do you spread out the qualifications or do you get alot of mechanics, torpedomen and watchers before assigning repairs, medic and such.

2. When all your crew has a qualification, is it possible to give them more then one each, or is that the best you can do?

3. Where do medics operate?

Officers can have multiple qualifications, petty officers can only have one, and of course seaman can only have none.

In the crew's quarters. Put your injured crew members here and the medics will work on them.
