They threaten to do something substantial. Impressive. They already did that a week ago, and payed a rate. And they threatened end of February, and some days earlier they threatened, and before the election they also threatened. There are enough kind people in western goivernments and oppositions and initiatives who will make sure that enough money will flow, no matter who threatened whom and when and for what reason: if not via this channel, then via another.
We do not want to be unfriendly towards them, right? They shall get a good impression of us. And if they would not accept out money, then we would start to debate how we could make them accept it, that well-meaning we are.
Is that a knock on the door, or my bloodpressure?
