I've been in and out of this forum as a guest a couple of times and I thought I'd register and join in.

You may (or may not) have seen me at the UBI.com SH3 forum, but I post there regularly.


Real brief intro:

I am a former Petty Officer First Class Aviation Ordnanceman (AO1) who was an Enlisted Aviation Warfare (AW) and Enlisted Surface Warfare (SW) Specialist. I served in the United States Navy from 1993 until 2005 when I was medically discharged from service. I am disabled veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom and am now living in the Dallas, Texas Metro area with my wife and two daughters.

I'm looking forward to interacting with everyone here and I hope to provide assistance to anyone who asks for help with SH3. If there's any US Navy shipmates, or if you're in different Navy in this forum... give me a holler!

I see that you're in Seattle, WA. I was stationed in Bremerton from 1998-2002, then Whidbey Island from 2002-2005.

I think we're still in the same rainstorm.

Alas...Bremerton Navy Yard has never seemed the same since they took the Mighty Mo away. But they still got the flattops. :cool:

I was on the USS Carl Vinson before they moved her to Norfolk, VA.... and I don't doubt the rainstorm what so ever.
