With the release of S.C.S. Dangerous Waters on Steam, we would like to bring all previous SCS-DW customers "up-to-date" with the release of the 1.03 patch.

I need this game. Must buy this weekend if I come across a copy in a store - CompUSA has not stocked it yet that I see since I continue to look.

Any reason for using Steam? I know it may be a great way to sell software at little expense, but the privacy concerns over Steam made me forget even about Half Life 2. Well, not entirely forget, but you can say that I didn't play a Steam verion of it, regardless of how much I want to support the developers. HL2 is the only game I have played to this day (20 years + of gaming) that I have not purchased a copy of when I somewhat enjoyed the game over this one issue.

PS. Can we still purchase the box version on the net at Battlefront? The point is, I will not support Steam and I would actually want a box set over any other format.

I just DL'd the 1.03 patch and tried to execute it, but it gives me an error:

I loaded it again and got the same error. Am I doing something wrong?

Please don't ask me to test a third time. I'm on dial-up and it takes me 2.5 hours / attempt. :oops:

I had to wipe my hd and reinstall everything. When I attempt to download from Sonalysts website, it hangs constantly. I've tried to download multiple times at different periods of the day...same result.:damn::damn:

i ran into a little problem. I patched DW to 1.03 and when i ran the game my mouse vanished. somebody please help me. I need ideas how to fix this
