I get that if I alt-tab the game and then go back into it - just for about 2 seconds :hmm:

Some of us have been there. What a tough sight for the Navigtor, one moment the Sun is a fuzzy cotton ball, the next He breaks out from behind his cloudy veil, sending hope to all of a positive fix, only staying seconds...then quickly ducking out of sight. What a tease!

actually the sun just "popped"out of the clouds..went from overcast to this in a matter of seconds.I took the pic. just because I liked it.

Darn. I thought for a moment the developers had gone through the trouble of modeling supernovas. :-?

Or a nuclear detonation...

Actually up here in the Northern latituides, on a cold, hazy day with the sun low on the horizon, it really does look like that sometimes.

I thought the picture was pretty cool.
