Enabeling the German Language Cheers

I tried to install the AOTD mod pack, mainly for the sound effects and to enable German language cheers when you hit a ship. However, about 3/4 of the mod conflicts with other mods, so I deleted everything I didn't think had to do with sound. I left the various officer announcements cfg files in Cfg, and the Sound folder. No cheers :( In what file are the cheers enabled? :hmm: Thanks in advance.

They do work. The problem is the other mods you have. Do you use a mod manager like JSGME? If not, you should. Right now I'm using AOTD 2.0 with JSGME and it works fine. Unfortunately, I think...you are going to have to uninstall/reinstall SHIII, then install the 1.4b patch. Then use JSGME mod manager for all your mods. Just a suggestion. ;)

2 steps ahead of you, mate. ;) Got JGME, and I back up my data folder myself before I install any large mods that add more than a file or two. :know: JGME is how I knew I would have literally about 20 conflicts to begin with.

Sooo...here's where I'm at. I deleted about everything from the mod that wasn't sound related. No cheers. Then, I used JGME to uninstall that and installed the full AOTD pack. Cheers! So, its in there somewhere (its something I deleted), but I had to uninstall AOTD because of, like I said, all the conflicts.
Any ideas? :hmm:
