Multiplayer problem with SC. Help!

My greatings for all.

Help me, please, with the next problem.

One man who played with me can be host (and we have played), but I can't be host.
Other man can't see my session & I can't see his session.

May be I do something wrong? May be I have to set or tune some setting? I never played in game via Internet before...
