RUb...er Boots

I did a clean install of Sh3 then the latest patch then RUb and when I try to launch the game it loads a little bit then stops and I get booted back to desk top. Any ideas why?

won't load

probably a bad intro movie file. Gizzmoe says to delete it; but when I do this the game won't load, so I replaced the movie file with a copy of the orginal and it worked fine.

The two intro files are in data\movies\intro. Delete both.
