RUB 145 problems
 

I recently installed rub 145b. It works fine but there are 3 things I need to fix:
1. When I click Load to go into the game I get the message "The base has been changed to Kiel". The game hangs there and I have to click on the "Ok" 6 to 8 times to get past it into the game. Any fixes?
2. The deck gun rate of fire is way to slow for my taste. It may be historic but I don't like it. Any way to increase the rate of fire?
3. I enjoy the external veiw and like looking at my sub under water. The water is now too dark to see anything. Any way to lighten the water up?

If you get SH3Cmdr, you can change the deck gun rate of fire (to what ever you want) and change the underwater clarity level (from 0 to 20, 20 being clear) without effecting the rest of RUb 1.45.

Great, but where is it? Is that the one in Downloads that talks about commanders and careers. Didn't sound right.

If you notice, the SH3Cmdr 2.4 announcement is all the NEW stuff that has been added. The two items you mention in your first post have been part of SH3Cmdr for awhile. :up:

Thanks all. I got SH3cmdr and it did exactly what I wanted. Now if only I could fix the "Base changed to Keil" problem.
