Not Your Grand Mothers RUB Campaign Mod Ver 1.0 released
 

For those who might not regularly visit the Mod forum, Not Your Grand Mothers RUB Campaign Mod Ver 1.0 is now available.

There are two versions of the Mod, one version is for NON rub installs i.e. SHIII patched to Ver 1.4b only and a SHIII 1.4b with RUB 1.45 installed.

The difference between the versions is minor. RUB 1.45 includes two additional ships, the NHOS Hospital Ship & NKGM Large Cargo ship. There were only 5 instances that needed changing.

These two ships have been substituted with the British Auxiliary Cruiser and the Troop Transport in the NON rub version of Not Your Grand Mothers RUB Campaign Mod Ver 1.0 as if you do not have the MHOS & NKGM ships then the game would not load the mission. As to include these ships would add another 6+ Mb’s I chose not to do that.

Thanks for the mod, but now it´s even harder to choose one from all the good campaign files out there...:cry:

So am i right to use the RUB version if i have stock based game but have the additional ships added?
I´d like to see the new ships in game.

I tried a mix beatwen HT and this ^^!

LND and SCR from harbor traffic and the RND from not your gran mother ... hope it will be nice but not the time to test it this evening ^^!

If you have the NHOS and the NKGM ships installed then you can us the RUB version.

This mod uses the RUB 1.45 campaign files as its base, we then improve upon these.

For use with HT, I would suggest using our RND & LND and the HT SCR.

What you will miss out on by using the HT SCR is that the escorts in and around the English coast, ports, the English Channel etc will not have any speed adjustment to them. They will be a spredicable as ever and the usual sitting ducks :damn:

Thanks Gizzmoe, appreciated. teddy, when i clicked on the file link, it took me to the rapid share site, but instead of the usual screen, i had a screen saying that my account had expired and did i want to extend it. it did not give me the usual option of the free/premium screen. dont know why ?
