I have another question regarding this tutorial. It shows the improved navigating chart compass. My question is why is the compass 180 degrees out? It has 180 at the top with 0 degrees at the bottom, why is that?

...as you click and drag, the line will show on the azimuth/bearing of travel on the near bezel/circumference of the compass.

I thought it said this tool was included in the V1.3 patch. I have tried to find in on both the F5 and F6 screens and all I see on the F5 are the basic tools at the top that have been on this from the 1.0 version. The F6 screen just shows that basic line graph without the detailed protractor.
Where are the tools that I see in Wazoo's tutorial. I have the updates but I am only going by what it said about the protractor being included in the V1.3 patch.

If you read the tutorial carefully you see that there is a section called Mods and Tools required. You have to apply some fixes manually, details can be found in the respective readmes; but why not use the massive Improved U Boat Mod?
It installs most of them automatically.....
