"Culture Terror" - German Propaganda

Hello everyone!

I was browsing various sites looking at some of these interesting propaganda posters made throughout WWII. American, German, you name it. I came upon this one and I didn't quite get it. I was hoping one of you could translate what they are trying to say exactly here.

That one struck me as odd!

Hope someone can help out here. I am interested in what the point is they were trying to get across is there.

Looks like the US is represented as a leviahtan of greed, jazz, lust, and war with a KKK head and Negro arms.... and a Jewish loincloth.

Um, just a comment. Offtopic. Just couldn't restrain myself :)

Ok, we were talking about Nazi propaganda after all. The Cold War would be an interesting topic but here would instantly become a flamefest dude.
