Whats your favorite plattform?
Hey,
now DW went to the stores and hopefully many new ppl will show up. So I thought lets do a survey to see how popular what plattform is, just out of curiosity. I bet the FFG wont win the 1st place (not because its no fun, rather cause of complexity) :) |
I love the p-3.

Akula All the Whey
|
'Bubble, bubble,
Toil and trouble !' Sea Witch - I love you baby ! The silent, sleek, sexy, Star Wars, Seawolf for me.:|\ I'm taking names and addresses Akers. :arrgh!: :hulk: |
P-3 Hands down ... I'm taking names and adresses for all submarine drivers ( I'm more the equal opportunity guy :rotfl: I don't differentiate between russian and western as long as they are on the other side).

FFG-7 All the way.
Surface Rules!!!! :arrgh!: |
FFG-7 here also. Problably because it's new(as a playable) and has lots of systems to play with :). Now if I can only get the trackers for TMA to work properly most of the time.
|
Well, just so people don't get the wrong idea about the MH-60, since I can't vote for two platforms, I'll put a word in about it.
In multiplayer, playing as an MH-60 working with good P-3 MPA and/or FFG players or crews, it can be very intense tracking Ivan down. I like the pace of the MH-60 and when working with a player P-3 and FFG is a very nice choice for a bit of multiplayer. |
My top pick is the Kilo, just because I like playing the underdog. You may be very quiet, but you are underarmed, have little maneuverability, no endurance and a very shallow diving depth. Once you are detected, you are in for problems since you are going nowhere in a hurry
A close second is the FFG-7 with the old 688(i) as number three. |
I am going with the FFG of course!
|
Los Angeles Class - propably because I got used to the interface since "688i" hit the streets ... :-j
|
I voted for FFG-7! I am also into anti-submarine warfare! Beware Bubbleheads! :arrgh!:
|
I'm surpised that more people don't like the Seawolf. Quiet and fast, 8 torpedo tubes and 10 cm dispensers is nice.

Akula
