ctrl enter to fire

Hi

I know this info is in here but nutz if I can find it! After banging out 3 fish as a substitute for increasing TC, I'd love it if someone could post the details on how to change the key mapping for topedo fire.

Thanks,

Marry Christmas and happy new year...

Hi!

Open data\cfg\commands_en.cfg or commands_de.cfg with Notepad and replace

[Cmd313]
Name=Fire_torpedo
Ctxt=1
Key0=0x0D,,"Enter"

with

[Cmd313]
Name=Fire_torpedo
Ctxt=1
Key0=0x0D,c,"Enter"

Thanks for the speedy reply. No more "hot running" fish in the tubes...

Cheers

Thanks too, I was about to ask the same question, having lost two eels in the last patrol. There's only so many times you can pretend that your crew has thrown irrepairably faulty torpedoes overboard. ;)

Reminds me of what some did before the birth of mods for this game - snapping the enter key off the keyboard during play. That's a sure way to clear up the problem. :up:
