Deck gun firing rate

Can anyone tell me the location of file changes for deck gun firing rate.

I can't remember for sure, but I think it's your 'basic.cfg' file.
Alternatly if you have SH3 Commander it lets you change this and other things easily. There's also a few other tools for things like this you could look for.

Since the file is encrypted, the best way to alter it is through SHIII Commander, or one of TimeTraveller's tools (I'm not 100% sure if MiniTweaker has a tweak for this file or not though).

Yup, Mini Tweaker has a tweak file for GUNS_SUB.sim

Recoil and reload time are tweakable, for two.
