Calling all Kiwi's
 

I'm after the name of a movie I once saw

It's about a group of teenages (set in the south island [i think])
that stumble apon a drug dealer (again I think)
basically what happens is they grab this guy and with no rope to tie him up with they superglue his hand together and superglue his mouth shut (yes, painful i know).

They're afraid he'll kill them if they let him go but eventually work it out (or to that effect)

For the life of me I can't remember the movies name but the Superglueing part I definately remember

Yes i remeber that movie well. Its called "Scarfies"

scarfies is a name for Dunedin rugby fans.
