Why is he in such a good mood ?

- Did he get a new bike
- Got his new dance shoes
- Was informed that US gov. will pass a law against software updates
- Got a date with a great girl
- Finally maned to delete his records at the IRS computer

Or am I wroong and is there a better explanation ?
