Deck gun fire rate

Hi all,
I want to change the rate of fire of the deck gun but I cant seem to find the post that told how to do it.
Sorry but can somebody tell me what to change in what file. many thanks :arrgh!:

The easiest way to do this is via SH3 Commander.
