Well being born and raised in the Bronx i can testifie that this is true. Most of the time you get it from behind without any warning. 5 of my friends got shot one day and nobody ween it coming. And they were at a beer party in a park with about 60 other people.

About 11 years ago in vancortlandt park. I lucked out I was in the catskills with the family. Dodged a bullet you might say.
