Campaign Operation Rough Seas

Just played the 1st mission of Operation Rough Seas. Somehow in the middle of the mission, my active sonar completely died. I keep pinging, but the screen is always black. Don't know if this happened to anybody else before?

I've seen that happen in Sub Command before. Annoying, at the very least! Try saving the game and re-starting.
