Its the classic double standard. If a man were to sleep with a female student he'd be strung up and go off to prison so he could be given a human booster shot from a guy named Betty. In fact they'd say that he should definately go to prison just because of the sodomy. Real punishment.

i was in my second year at my senior school when a teacher dissapeard wasnt untill later we found out that he had been having sex with a 16 year old student, he wasnt charged but he was dissmissed for his actions

I had sex that age, wouldnt had a trauma about that myself. Ofcourse she was wrong and lost her judgment totally and isnt fit as a teacher. But you have to take these case by case. If the "victim" doesnt show signs of trauma, then giving hard time wouldnt be fair for someone getting laid :doh: Maybe even give the boy detention for breaking schools rules, seriously! The same as being drunk to school exsample.

Funnily enough, she looks remarkably similar to a xxx movie actress called Gauge, except she's brunette.
